Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Every US Order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No minimum purchase. No promo code. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after your order has shipped. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your carrier name and tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

Shipping Carrier

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. The carrier is selected at fulfillment.

International Shipping

At this time we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please: (1) check with neighbors or building management; (2) wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark items delivered early; (3) contact us at towelandtone@gmail.com if the issue persists.
