Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum order required. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after shipment. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also track it on our Track Order page.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective within 7 days of delivery. Photo evidence of the damage is required. We do not accept change-of-mind or sizing returns, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at towelandtone@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We'll resolve it quickly.
Products
What size insoles should I order?
Small fits US Women's 5–8 / Men's 4–7. Large fits US Women's 8.5–12 / Men's 7.5–11. Both have trim lines for a precise fit.
How do the shoe sizes work?
Our Ortho Stretch Cushion Shoes use EU sizing (36–45). See the size chart on the product page. If between sizes or wide-footed, size up.
Will the insoles work in my shoes?
Yes — most closed-toe shoes: sneakers, boots, walking shoes, casual footwear. Remove the existing insole before inserting for best results.
Are your products good for plantar fasciitis?
Yes. Both our insoles and shoes are designed to address the root causes of plantar fasciitis — poor arch support, heel impact, and overpronation. Many customers report relief within the first week.
